Principal Allison Barber

Allison Barber is excited and honored to join the Silver Creek High School community as Principal for the 2026–27 school year. Her top priority is building strong relationships with students, staff, and families—listening, learning, and understanding what makes the SCHS community special.

Principal Barber believes that strong relationships and high expectations go hand in hand. She is dedicated to creating a school environment where students feel known, supported, and a deep sense of belonging, empowering them to take on challenges, grow academically, and achieve their goals.

Her professional background includes leadership roles across middle and high school levels, extensive work in special education, and supporting students with complex needs. These experiences reinforce her core conviction that positive, lasting change begins with how a school community cares for and supports one another every day. Principal Barber looks forward to collaborating with families and staff to ensure every SCHS student is challenged and inspired to reach their full potential.
